Oot and Aboot is Shetland Arts' new touring programme of creative activity across Shetland. Throughout the year four touring programmes of cultural activity will head to the North, South, West and Northern Isles of Shetland bringing with them events and workshops focused on film, performance, music and visual art. Alongside this, Shetland Arts will also support and programme one off events in site specific venues and community halls.
