These free sessions are run by local designer and knitter Helen Robertson to explore the power of knitting as mindfulness from the comfort of your own home, working on simple projects to relax and inspire.The sessions are held weekly via Zoom and aimed at adults with at least a basic knowledge of knitting.
For each session you need a set of knitting needles suitable for knitting flat, yarn suitable for your needle size, in two or more colours and a tapestry needle.
Our Wellbeing sessions are supported by The Robertson Trust.
