These are two music meditations for you to enjoy. You can listen to them whenever you like, whether that be a moment to destress or on a fine morning. Each provides you with unique compositions from the artists alongside some breath work and mindfulness techniques.

Jenny Sturgeon and Wendy Hatrick worked together taking their wealth of experience into account. Jenny is a musician often inspired by the Shetland landscape and Wendy has worked with NHS Shetland for 25 years and in public health for almost 20 years, as well as being a yoga instructor. They collaborated to make something that you can listen to, and let it take you to somewhere else.

Lana Elaine is a musician and teacher and has worked in the Arts in Care project for a number of years. She has taken her experience of Music for therapeutic purposes into this recording, taking her own compositions and guidance of breath to guide you through a relaxing 20 minute piece.
