Creativity Clubs are creative workshops for young people aged 7-11. These workshops will last for two hours and create a 'club' where participants will have access to a broad range of arts activities and learn alongside their peers. The young people will receive 'hands on experiences' which will lead to the production of a new creative work.
Aims
Creativity Club will encourage young people to try a variety of artforms and create something new. Engaging young people in high quality arts experiences at a young age will encourage the participants to be involved in arts activity for life. There is a natural destination from the Creativity Club to both the Creativity Camp and later our Formal Education Program.
