Are you passionate about the arts and love working with people? We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisors to help us deliver a top-notch experience at Mareel across our Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar, Retail, and Foyer services.

Our Customer Services team is at the core of everything we do. Whether it’s selling tickets, serving coffees, looking after everything from small gatherings to large-scale events, this team ensures every customer has a good experience in our venue.

This role is based at Mareel, but you may be asked to work across our other venues when required.

What hours are available?

We have a range of contracted hours available:

  • Full-time: 37hrs per week
  • Part-time: 30hrs, 22.5hrs or 15hrs per week

Successful candidates must be available to work a variety of hours in the week across days, evenings and weekends.

What are the details?

  • Salary: £28,263.00 - £33,478.00 (pro rata).
  • At this time, we invite only candidates aged 18+ to apply.
  • Varied shift times (including Friday and Saturday evenings).
  • Mareel is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday - availability will be discussed at interview.
