Ignition is a 6 month project taking place in Shetland and produced by National Theatre of Scotland and Shetland Arts. It is looking at the role of the car in our lives and asks the questions: What is the car doing for us? and What is the car doing to us?

We are hoping that all Shetlanders will join us in a series of fun engagement activities that will focus on the car and where we can share and collect car and travel-related stories. We would love the public to come along to these activities and join in. By sharing your thoughts, work and stories you can be a part of the final Ignition performances that will be taking place in March 2013.
