Our annual Hogmanay celebration will be going ahead once again this year on Wednesday 31 December (10pm – 2:30am), with Glaswegian DJ Big Miz headlining the event alongside local favourites Lyall x Yetti (Bop Shop DJs) and Drosso x T-Bag (Basement Monkeys).

After four years of sold-out Bells in the Bar events and countless requests from Shetland Arts’ audience, this year the event will be going bigger and better with the first ever DJ night in the auditorium for Hogmanay. Big Miz delivers a playful and energetic mix of acidic tinges, 808 rhythms, disco inflections, techno swing and house hedonism. Lyall x Yetti will spin soulful, housey, disco-infused classics to light up the dancefloor. Drosso x T-Bag bring a punchy mix of house and techno to keep the energy high.

Tickets will be on sale at 10am on Friday 17 October. A special promotion will see a limited number of ‘Early Bird’ tickets being available for the first week of sale, before standard ticket prices are applied.

Say goodbye to 2025 and welcome in 2026 with a night of fantastic DJs and dancing!

Tickets for Hogmanay cost £33 at Early Bird price, or £38.50 at Standard price (both including 10% booking fee) and are available to purchase online here, in-person at the Box Office in Mareel, or by calling on 01595 745 500 during opening hours of 10am-9pm, Tuesday - Sunday.
