Laura Murray graduated in 1996 from Glasgow School of Art with a BA (Hons) in Design, Jewellery and Silversmithing. Having completed her Masters of Design in 2000, she set up her studio with Wasps Studios, Glasgow and established her jewellery business. She is still Glasgow based and exhibits nationally and internationally. She enjoys a reputation for the original, innovative design of her work.

Specialising in intricate basketry and knitted wire techniques, Laura uses fine metals set with precious stones. Her colourful jewellery range is both imaginative and unique in design and appeal.
