Ahead of the current Creative Scotland & Shetland Charitable Trust funding cycles, we asked the community for their views and what they would like from our organisation. This led to us becoming an impact organisation - we focus not only on putting on great events, but on making a real difference to the people and communities across Shetland. This change has helped us to secure vital funding to keep doing the work we do.
To make sure we’re on the right track, we measure the impact of our work based on six key social outcomes and at a recent training day, our team came up with lots of ideas for activities we could include in our programme that align with our outcomes.
