We are recruiting a team of volunteer theatre makers to work alongside our Ignition Team.  Whatever your interest, there is a role for you – from helping out on the night to performing, from developing the script to operating the lights.

If you are a budding set or costume designer, a novice lighting or sound technician, a keen performer or musician, or if you want to learn more about stage and event management, come along.

Here is a quick outline of some ways you might get involved in the final production -

Actors – If you are interesting in performing, this is for you.  You will be involved both in creating scenes, developing stories and acting in them.  There will be lots of different ways to be involved, from bigger roles to being part of ‘group’ scenes.

Singers – You will sing specially-composed songs as part of a choir.  You do not have to be available for every performance to be involved.  We will create a ‘pool’ of singers, and look to have at least 20 for each performance.  We are also looking for people who are interested in singing solos.

Musicians – You will create music that will be used as the soundscape for the performance.  Music will be both pre-recorded and live.

Dancers – there will be an opportunity to create and perform in a new movement piece.

Ballroom Dancers – You will work with our parkour team to create  a movement piece as part of the production.

Behind the Scenes – there is the opportunity to shadow one of our professional technical team and be involved behind the scenes.
