An exhibition of work by emerging artist Graeme Taylor has gone on show at Mareel highlighting the light and landscape of Shetland.

Graeme Taylor moved to Shetland with his family after gaining a degree in Fine Art in Wales. Since then he has been working to develop artworks reflecting the forces of nature that have shaped Shetland’s unique backdrop.

Shetland Arts has been working with Graeme in conjunction with Moving On Employment Project, to help him develop a body of work for exhibition. This is his first solo exhibition and will be displayed upstairs in Mareel outside Cinemas 1 & 2 until the end of August.
