It's update number six, which means it's now been half of a year that we've been bringing you these blog posts. Where does the time go?
Bonhoga is now at the stage where it's more "final touch" details awaiting completion, rather than the more major works.
A focus group discussion was held last week, and it was a very rewarding and productive conversation (complimented nicely by some tea and coffee). Hearing the thoughts of the attending members of the community as to what they think Bonhoga could be going forward was very insightful and useful for the development of the business plan.
Speaking of thoughts being valuable to our research...
Last week, we launched a survey to hear about your thoughts on past experiences and learn more about what our community values moving forward. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping the future of Bonhoga, helping us create a space that’s welcoming, creative, and community-focused.
Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts with us: http://bit.ly/4nGHDyH
The survey closes on the 24th of October.
Bonhoga's refurbishment is being led by née gibson architects and supported by funding from the Shetland Charitable Trust Capital Grants Scheme.
Stay tuned for the next update in November!
