An exhibition of contemporary pieces cataloging the work of Lois Walpole over the last 28 years. Lois is an internationally renowned basket-maker who uses natural and recycled materials to create baskets and containers of all shapes and sizes. The exhibition runs until Sunday 1st May 2011.

Basket-making drop-in session for bairns

We had a happy morning at Bonhoga on Saturday 23rd April encouraging children to have a look at the current exhibition by Lois Walpole and then have a go at weaving for themselves. We just used scraps of string, tape and bits of drinks cartons to make some very simple pots and baskets… the results

Royal Photographic Society 153rd International Print Exhibition

The 2011 Bonhoga Exhibition Programme is off to a flying start with the Royal Photographic Society’s 153rd International Print Exhibition.  From 29th January to 20th March every floor of the gallery including the café will be filled with over 120 prints by photographers from all over the world.
